At Ronald McDonald House South West NSW, our purpose is simple but powerful:
caring for families with children who are ill or injured.
Every night of comfort, every meal shared, every moment of relief—these are made possible through the generosity of our community.

Families across regional and rural NSW often travel long distances for specialist medical treatment. We remove barriers by offering:

• Safe free accommodation close to hospital care
• Support for families from remote communities who may otherwise face isolation
• A network of care that brings hope and connection during life’s most difficult times

Our impact reaches beyond rooms and beds. We provide home‑cooked meals and fully equipped kitchens, comfortable communal spaces, laundry facilities, play areas and family‑friendly activities and most importantly compassionate staff and volunteers who are there when families need them most
